Rule reminder

Impersonal expressions + 'che' clause: use SUBJUNCTIVE when the expression conveys judgment, emotion, possibility, doubt, necessity, or order (è bene che, è strano che, bisogna che, sembra che, si ipotizza che, si dispone che). Use INDICATIVE after expressions that present facts objectively (è ovvio che, è chiaro che, è certo che, si dimostra che, si conclude che, risulta che). The error of using indicative instead of subjunctive (or vice versa) is one of the most common mistakes at advanced level.
