Rule reminder

Italian legal language uses: (1) 'il/la sottoscritto/a' for the signing party, (2) 'si impegna a + infinitive' or 'assume l'obbligo di + nominalisation', (3) 'in caso di + nominalisation' for conditional clauses, (4) 'ai sensi dell'articolo' to cite law, (5) 'fatta salva la facoltà di' to express exceptions, (6) 'il presente contratto' / 'la presente legge'. Articles are always capitalised in 'Art.' in references.
