Rule reminder

Master checklist: (1) a meno che (non) / salvo che (non) / tranne che = unless (clause + subjunctive); (2) tranne/eccetto/salvo/fuorché + noun/infinitive = except; (3) purché / a patto che / a condizione che / sempre che = provided that (clause + subjunctive); (4) salvo imprevisti / salvo diversa indicazione / salvo buon fine = fixed formal phrases; (5) fuorché = except (literary, + noun or infinitive).
