Rule reminder

Italian expresses multiplicative comparisons with: il doppio di (twice as much/many), il triplo di (three times as much), il quadruplo di (four times as much), due volte più di / tre volte più di (two/three times more than). With numbers: il doppio/triplo is preferred. With verbs: guadagna il doppio di me. With adjectives: è due volte più veloce di.
