Use: personal pronouns (lo/la/li/le, gli/le, ci, ne) for grammatical reference; demonstratives (questo, quello, tale, quest'ultimo) for demonstrative reference; 'ne' for partitive or prepositional reference ('di + noun'). Match gender and number with the antecedent.
