Rule reminder

After 'si vede che', 'sento che', 'noto che', 'mi sembra che': use indicativo when the speaker is stating something as fact. Use congiuntivo when expressing doubt, uncertainty, or subjective impression: Mi sembra che sia stanco (subjective). 'Come se' always requires congiuntivo imperfetto or trapassato.
