💡

Rule reminder

Ben (before consonant) / bene (before vowel or in isolation) used before a number, quantifier, or adjective intensifies it: ben tre ore (a full three hours), ben contento (quite/very happy). It adds the nuance of 'a good deal of' or 'comfortably beyond expectations'.
