Rule reminder

A complete formal email in Italian has: (1) Subject line ('Oggetto:'), (2) formal salutation ('Gentile/Egregio'), (3) reference to previous contact if applicable, (4) body in formal register with Lei, passive, and formal vocabulary, (5) closing formula ('In attesa di...'), (6) formal sign-off ('Distinti/Cordiali saluti'), (7) sender's name and title.
