Rule reminder

Review of all exceptive and restrictive connectives: 'a meno che (non)' = unless; 'tranne/eccetto/salvo' + noun = except for; 'tranne che/eccetto che/salvo che' + subjunctive = except that; 'purché/a patto che/a condizione che' = provided that; 'fuorché' = except (formal); 'fatte salve' = subject to (legal). All verb-clause connectives take the subjunctive.
