Rule reminder

'Al punto che / a tal punto che' + indicative expresses a result reached by a process (different or same subject, result stated as fact). 'Al punto da' + infinitive is used when subjects are identical. 'In modo che' + indicative/subjunctive states a result or purpose; 'in modo da' + infinitive is used with the same subject.
