Rule reminder

Discourse-level false friends affect how your Italian texts are structured and how they sound. 'Comunque' does NOT always mean 'somehow' — it means 'however/anyway'. 'Eventualmente' does NOT mean 'eventually' — it means 'if necessary/if the case arises'. 'Attualmente' does NOT mean 'actually' — it means 'currently'. These are the most frequent false-friend errors in written Italian.
