Rule reminder

Medical and scientific Italian has deceptive false friends. 'La ricetta' = recipe OR prescription (not 'receipt'). 'Il dottore' = doctor but also used as a title for any university graduate. 'L'ambulanza' aligns with English, but 'l'ambulatorio' = clinic/surgery (not ambulatory in the English medical sense). 'La terapia' aligns, but 'terapista' can mean physiotherapist specifically.
