Rule reminder

Formal/bureaucratic Italian uses fixed impersonal expressions: 'Si rende noto che' (it is hereby made known), 'Si comunica che' (it is hereby communicated), 'Si fa presente che' (it should be noted that / please be advised), 'Si informa che' (please be informed), 'Si ricorda che' (please be reminded). These are followed by the indicative (not subjunctive), as they state facts.
