Rule reminder

Political and administrative Italian has its own conventions: (1) Legal regulations use 'altresì', 'laddove', 'qualora', 'in quanto'. (2) Political speeches use rhetorical connectives: 'è dunque', 'si tratta pertanto di', 'non può che'. (3) Administrative documents avoid colloquial connectives entirely. (4) 'Laddove' in legal Italian = 'in the event that' (not 'where' geographically).
